About the project
Interioo was created as part of an expansion plan managed by one of the largest suppliers of Wholesale Building Materials in the local market, Todoceram. It aimed to become in a very short time a stable and desired retail store for everything that deals with interior design.
To this day, both Todoceram and Interioo have seen an increase in their market position due to the brand’s launch and its increase adoption in the local market of North West Romania.

Released a successful brand that is stable and a local market leader 3 years later
Coordinated multiple successful advertising campaigns following the release
Managed to coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver the branding ahead of release date
Learnings
In the early days of the ideation process we had difficulties trying to make something that the market hasn’t seen yet, but we didn’t succeed on having the buy-in from the client. Thus we narrowed down on the main purpose of the brand and aimed to make it’s simplicity and it’s strong market offering special.
Naming and visual direction wise was a lengthy process because we were constantly in touch with our client, asking for continuous feedback, which is a good thing but also became a blocker in the development of the brand.
The tight deadline made our decision process very fast paced, and in some areas sloppy, which pushed some of the efforts of refining the identity to after its first release.
